  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (medium breasts) about 1.2-1.3 lb or 600 grams
  • 1 cup chicken stock 240 ml
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter 14 grams
  • Optional: splash of lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to ensure even cooking.
  • Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Pour the chicken stock around the chicken.
