Potato Salad With A Twist

This is a must-try potato salad! It features a few secret ingredients that give it a unique and irresistible taste and texture!

BEST POTATOES TO USE

Waxy potatoes like new potatoes/baby white potatoes or red potatoes are the preferred choice for potato salad.

OTHER SALAD INGREDIENTS:

You will need bacon, capers, green apple, cucumbers, fresh dill and spring onions

for the dressing

You will need mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and black pepper.

BOIL POTATOES

Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes, until just tender.

PREPARE POTATOES

Strain the potatoes and leave them to cool. Once cooled, cut them into cubes.

PAN-FRY BACON

Pan-fry diced bacon while stirring a few times. Set aside.

PREPARE CAPERS

Prep capers, then pan-fry them in olive oil, stirring frequently until crispy and slightly browned. Set aside.

MIXING SALAD

Dice the remaining ingredients, combine with the dressing ingredients and mix through.
