FLAVOURFUL SALAD MEAL
Cook the rice noodles as per the packet instructions, then rinse in cold water, strain and leave in the sieve.
Combine all ingredients for the crying tiger sauce.
Mix and taste for salt, sour and sweet flavour ratios. Set aside.
Season the steaks with some salt and a little ground cumin. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
Add the steaks to the pan and cook on each side.
Remove from the pan and rest. Then, slice into strips and set aside.
Prepare the remaining salad ingredients and arrange your bowl.
Drizzle the meat with a couple of teaspoons of the crying tiger sauce and use extra to dress the noodles and vegetables.
