EASY BRUNCH RECIPE
Chop onions and sun-dried tomatoes finely. Combine with the mayonnaise and ketchup.
If you like a little spice, you can add some hot sauce or Sriracha
Cut the casing of the sausage and remove the ground meat. Shape the meat into round balls and flatten it into patties.
Cook patties on. each side until crispy and golden brown. Set aside.
At the same time, pan-fry the eggs.
Melt a little butter in the frying pan and toast the buns until golden brown.
Remove the buns to a plate and spread the burger sauce on the top halves.
There is no right or wrong way to assemble the ingredients, but ideally you would have the egg on top.
Finish with sauce-smeared bun tops!
