With Mother’s Day just around the corner, I thought of putting together a handy collection of delicious cakes to spoil the mothers in your lives. From rich chocolate creations to light and tangy treats, these Mother’s Day cake ideas have something for everyone. I included plenty of cakes for those with special dietary needs, too.
I bake from time to time, especially when it’s a special occasion, and I certainly enjoy a slice of cake when someone makes it for me. I also enjoy making treats with my daughter as I find it a lovely activity to do together as a family. And with Mother’s Day coming up, I’ve been thinking about what cake I’d like to have as a treat, whether we bake it together or someone makes it for me (wink wink).
I decided to put together a list of some Mother’s Day worthy cakes, including healthy-ish options for those with dietary needs or in case you don’t want to overindulge too much. Enjoy and let me know in the comments which of these you’d like to eat or to make!
